Just a regurgitation of any science textbook. Go with EK if you want more for your buck.
False Advertisement:
The book is not bad at all since it provides a good review of important concept for the MCAT. Nonetheless, I'm giving this product one star because eventhough it clearly stated in the cover that a full lenght test was available online this is a complete lie. The test they offer online contains 45 questions for each section: Biological Science, Verbal Resoning and Physical Science when the real test has 52-40-52 questions for each section. The only full lenght test offered is in the book, which is not even worth doing since the new MCAT is computer based.

The book with its CD was new as it was described but the bag that was shipped in was torn. i beleive it was not good enough for a five pound book.
KAPLAN MCAT PREMIER BOOK 2008:
I bought this book even though I will not be taking the MCAT for some time. However, I am using it as a study aid for my current coursework until then. It's very helpful and has great tips about HOW to take the MCAT not just what is on it. To all who are taking the test-- GOOD LUCK :0)
Good value for your money:
The Kaplan MCAT review series with CD gives me a better understanding on what I should be concentrating on whem preparing for the MCAT exam. Overall, this is good value for your money.
