Works For Me:
I'm not a businessperson. My background is in nursing and I bought this book to learn more about business. I want to start a business of my own soon - still don't know what yet. The book put me "through the ringer", but I completed it in 21 days. The hardest part for me is finance. Chapter 3, explained finance in a straight, simple way. What confidence I have in this area now. I also, enjoyed chapter 5, Leases and Negotiation, which explains the lingo of commercial leases. Now when I go to the local shopping center, I imagine what all the shopkeepers must have gone through when they signed their leases! This book worked for me. I recommend it. I think it will work for you.

Straight and to the Point:
I bought this book after reading a review about it in the local paper. I'd just read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", and I wanted to encourage my son, who is in his first year of college, to start his own business. This book was a great introduction for him and it has actually motivated him to form his own corporation, draft a business plan, and get generally organized about his business endeavors. The book is straight and to the point! I highly recommend it.
Great Book Well Worth the Price:
This book was very helpful for me. I don't have a business background and I wanted a book that would get me up-to-speed quickly. This book was just what I needed. Within a few days of receiving it, I went to the Web site that goes with the book and downloaded much of business planning software. It was great! I also applied for a trademark after reading the free eBook, How to Get a Trademark Quickly and Easily, which I also downloaded from the site. Great book, great value.

I have been working on my business plan, have taken advantage of much of the sofware that is at the free Web site that goes with this book.
