Recipes with the "Wow" factor: I've used this book for over 5 years and most of the recipes are truly exquisite. I now use several recipes on a regular basis. There are many recipes with Asian or Thai flavors, also recipes that have unusual but delicious combinations of tastes ( Hungarian lamb and berry soup). This has become my main cookbook. Some of the recipes are on the labor-intensive side, but are worth it if you are inviting people over and want to impress and delight. I've learned a lot about flavor combinations from this book and use the knowledge when making simpler meals that now have the wow factor added in.
