This book may not be right for the super-snooty yoga types, but it is perfect for the fun, social, and loveable ladies who are - or aspire to be - a Hip Tranquil Chick!


Superficiality for Dummies:
Is this book making fun of girls that are dumb? Are girls supposed to be dumb instead of deep? It seems like, in America, like, to be the most proud and popular, you need to be the most stupid - like President Bush.

GREAT BOOK!:
I keep this on my bedside -- in addition to being a good yoga book, this is an amazing support for going your way and becoming the person you want to be in your life. Great information for how to get there from here. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
