This is a very good source of experiments for physics labs at the undergraduate level. Equipment needs for experiments are listed, but supply sources other than PASCO are rare. I would recommend this book for any one setting up labs for an undergraduate program for physics majors. These experiments should be an excellent preparation for a career involving experimental physics. I am skeptical about the authors claim that this book would be useful to many high school students. Many of these experiments would serve well as a cource of ideas for undergraduate research projects. The section of student projects is specifically designed for this purpose and is very well done.
