| Warranty: | Swift Sport Optics (Swift) warrants all Swift Premier products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of Twenty Five (25) Years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Swift will either (1) repair the product defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. Swift may request that you replace defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts that Swift provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to Swift and becomes Swift's property. The SwiftPremier warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any product (1) which has been repaired or altered unless done or approved by Swift, (2) which has not been maintained in accordance with any operating or handling instruction provided by Swift, (3) which has been altered or damaged by accident, (4) which has been subjected to unusual physical stress, misuse, abuse or negligence or (5) which has been used other than in accordance with the product operating and handling instructions. Items Not Covered under the SwiftPremier Warranty include, but are not limited to, carrying straps, protective caps, rubber eyecups, pouches and/or cases. |
