This South African traditional snack is delicious dipped in your morning coffee. Just a few rusks are hearty enough to be a quick, tasty breakfast. Ouma brand is the best for rusks in my opinion. Rusks are like home style biscotti - thick hard, crusty, bread-like dipping sticks. Do not try to eat a rusk that hasn't been dunked or you'll need to see your dentist!
