good service:
I received my item broken, but once I notifed them they were very quick to send me a new one at no charge. I appreciated there service!

Watch out if you purchase this item.:
I didn't heed the warnings from the other reviews, and took a chance. When the item was delivered, in a timely fashion, it was broken. There was no packing in the box, the box was not marked fragile anywhere. I tried to return it to a Target store, which the site said was an option... but nope. The store said I could not return it and they would not give me a refund. They did not carry that item. It was too close to Christmas to try and do anything through the mail, so I had to get a different plate and make do with what I had. Very disappointed in this and mad at myself for not believing the others who had the same experience. Won't do any more business with Target.

Pleased:
All the candles arrived in one piece. All the colors of the candles were correct. The plate and stones are very nice. I was happy with my purchase.

For a Present:
This was a present for my brother as a wedding shower gift. They had registered for this item and were very pleased when they opened it up! Smells good too!

Boxed and Broken:
I ordered this Candle Garden as a Christmas present and had it shipped to my home. I received a box, not labled "fragile", sounding like it had a broken glass inside. Guess what? There was. The plate was smashed into a ton of little pieces. I am shocked that Amazon did not label the box "fragile" or "handle with care". I later read the reviews and saw that many people have had this issue. I would recommend staying away from this until Amazon figures out how to properly ship glass.
