Our favorite Irish Breakfast tea:
Until finding this at Amazon, the only place I could get Bewley's was at the Irish import shop in Seattle, about a 45 minute drive each way for me. However, I'd still make the drive now and then, just because I enjoy this tea so much! Irish Breakfast, if you've never had it, is a blend not too dissimilar from English Breakfast--only much stronger. It makes a very strong black tea indeed, ideal with some milk or for people (like us) who just really like strong tea. Bewley's is definitely at the high end of the "bagged tea" spectrum; the price is higher, but it really brews up a good pot of tea. We enjoy it any time, but it makes an especially good wake-up cuppa!
