Works for me!:
I bought the 20 oz Shake Away Small Critter Repellent directly from the manufacturer. It came quickly and to my pleasant surprise, worked as advertised. I have a small front yard that was alive with moles. The entire area was full of tunnels and each morning there were more.I tried the electronic things with no effect. I was very skeptical about Shake Away but had no other viable alternative. I followed directions and sprinkled lightly around the perimeter. Since I was going away in 10 days and would not be home for a week, I applied it three times the first week. When I returned from my trip, there were no moles. I just applied it again, as part of the twice a month maintenance. I don't understand why it works for some and not for others, but it did work for me.
1st Fall Mouse free:
We live in a completely rehabbed 100 year old home. Every fall the mice come into our house, and we spend the rest of the winter getting rid of them. I've spent the last 8 years plugging every crack and hole we could, and our house is pretty buttoned up at this point. And yet, the mice keep finding a way in. I've tried a lot of other things -- the electronic gadgets, etc., but this product has been the first to keep them out !! I'd give it a 5, but it ran out faster than manufacture suggested. shake Away works for me. I bought it because cats had become a problem in the garden but the added bonus is the squirrels stay off the roof.

Did not work for me:
Well if I allow my small dogs to smell this, they run away from it, BUT when sprinkled around (half the bottle) around the areas where there are rat dropping and the top of the wall (in the attic) where the rats climb up, it does not appear to stop them at all......
