good:
this food is good and balanced, as stated, but it does need to be moistened correctly to prevent impaction. I would also recommend that this be PART of a well balanced diet, not as a sole diet. well balanced includes: 1.SILKWORMS (these worms actually HELP beardies absorb calcium!!) 2.properly sized crickets 3.greens high in nutrients, low in the binding oxelates(sp). examples: dandilion greens, collard greens, mustard greens... and probably most important is to NOT feed mealworms to your dragons, as they cannot digest the shells, and this can also cause impaction. thanks!!
