good idea, poor quality: I loved that the aerobed inflated so quickly, and deflated and rolled up into a nice little carrying bag so quickly. I've used it when I've gone to visit my children (who don't have extra rooms for guests). HOWEVER, over the course of using the queen premier perhaps 20 times, it began deflating in the middle of the night. I purchased a second one -- guess what -- same thing. No leaks that you can patch anywhere -- perhaps leaking through the valves (as their 800 number rep said can happen), and then it's "too bad" -- nothing can be done but to replace it ... for $189 for the queen sized bed (and then take that x 2 for the 2 I purchased), it's a horrible value when it has to be replaced every 6 months or so. Good concept -- terrible quality!
full of leaks: I have a queen size pillow-top Aerobed and it is comfortable when it stays inflated... but they develop leaks eventually along the seams (side & top) which I have easily repaired with Seal-All sealant... but you have to spray down the bed with water to find the extremely small slow leaks... these past few months I have repaired about 10 leaks but this week I got another leak that I can't find so I have to inflate the bed twice every night or I end up on the base of the bed... the mattress is now useless...
Very useful: This easily inflated aerobed has proven quite useful for temporary expansion of sleeping capacity. We slept on it ourselves to test the "sleepability" and found it quite satisfactory.
Better just sleeping on the sofa: Not a great product from a back support perspective. Not firm enough and when your partner moves even 0.1cm the wave across the 'bed' almost bounces you on the floor...which is probably more comfortable in the long run anyway.
Perfect temporary guest bed: I went with the queen-size aero bed because my parents own the twin size and I've slept on that when I visit them and it's a bit small. When my parents came to visit me I decided to buy this. It held up really well for a week with the two of them sleeping in it. We only had to refill the air once to re-firm it up. I should mention that my 50-pound dog and their 100-lb greyhound also slept on the bed sometimes and it held up.
