Wow! What a difference!!:
I was shopping for a mattress pad for my son, a soldier stationed in Iraq, as the worn out Army mattresses are very uncomfortable and I thought a softer top might help. Although the reviews were just so-so, I chose this mattress pad because it looked fluffier in the photo than other pads I looked at. I had the pad shipped directly to my son so I never actually saw it, and could only hope it was a good product and packed well enough to get there in one piece. I have to say I am VERY satisfied with my purchase! It arrived intact, in a timely manner and, most importantly, my son said it is "SOOO nice" it makes his bed "feel like it's full of soft cotton!" He was amazed at the difference this mattress pad made, and just knowing it makes his life a little easier over there makes it worth twice the price to me! If this mattress pad can make a lumpy old Army mattress feel like soft cotton, you know it's an outstanding product! Bottom line, you won't be sorry if you purchase this mattress pad! You'll be getting excellent quality for a great price - and finally a good night's sleep!

Finally I get the correct order:
I ordered the pillowtop King sized Mattress cover from this company. When I recieved the order and opened the box there was a full sized mattress cover. Heck of a lotta good that will do me. I did e-mail the company, to no avail. I never got a response. I also called, left a message, and still no response. According to the policy or returns I could send it back (on my dime) and they would send me a new one. I am a bit miffed that I have to pay the postage for their mistake. A also miffed that I have to find the time to take this return about 30 miles away to the UPS store to send it back. Finally two months later I recieved an email that showed some concern for my disatisfation. The order was corrected. The product is great. I love the mattress pad.

So far, I hear it's great!:
This was a gift to my son/daughter-in-law. I had it shipped directly and never saw it. They love it! So...it sounds like I got a great deal for the money. I would like to review it in a year so I can tell you how well it holds up.

Decent product, poor customer service from bedbathhome:
I ordered these products to use for my deployment to Iraq. The quality is good for how much I paid. I want to return one of the pillowtop mattress covers because I accidentally ordered a full-size for my boyfriend, and his bed in Iraq is a twin. I followed the directions for returns to bedbathhome.com, but I haven't heard back from them in a week. A Return Authorization is required, but if they don't reply quickly and send me one then I will be past the 30 day return window.

Better than I expected:
The mattress pad is as good as it is advertised to be. I love it.
