I purchased this product a year ago while exploring the possibility of installing crown molding in several rooms of my house. The book is written clearly and includes many helpful photos. Its focus is on the subject of how to cut crown molding -- and it has the most in-depth treatment that I have found on this subject. Despite excellent descriptions of how to miter inside joints, nothing is provided about coping inside joints. In practice, most inside joints are coped rather than mitered. Hence, another book showing how to cope inside corners may also be needed. The crown molding templates were useful. But, if I knew a year ago what I know now, I would have practiced making cuts on scraps of crown molding. These cuts would have yielded the same templates. The crown molding protractors are well made and accurate. However, one large and one small protractor would have been sufficient for my needs.
