Great product - but Amazon needs some improvement: I was surprised to find the NGK BPR7EIX Iridium spark plugs on Amazon.com. Who knew Amazon carried car parts? I use these spark plugs in my 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution and find they really do make a difference in performance. I tried a non-Iridium version (read "cheaper") of NGK plugs, and within days had idle problems and lower gas mileage. I switched back to the Iridiums and have been problem-free ever since. Only issue I've had is with Amazon's listing and description of this item. It was not clear from the sparse and abbreviation-laden description that you were paying the listed price for 4 spark plugs, rather than a single spark plug. Since Amazon's price was so much lower than other web sites, it seemed possible that either the listed price was a great bargain or maybe rather steep, but decided to take a chance. A check of my credit card statement online showed that I was charged just the listed price for my set of 4 plugs. Whoever fills out the invoices seemed to be confused though, since the invoice showed that I was being charged the listed price PER spark plug, not per a set of 4. However, in actuality my credit card had only been charged the listed price. A quick email to Amazon customer service and my questions were answered in record time. I'm still amazed at the great service Amazon provided to my questions after the order was processed. Amazon should straighten out these invoice and description issues - there's a boatload of EvolutionM.net Evo owners out there who would be thrilled to pay this price for these great spark plugs.
