Gourmet Dish in a Hurry:
My daughter and son-in-law, who are very busy, love Classic Suddenly Salad. They like tasty pasta dishes, and they keep an assortment of Suddenly Salads on hand. When they have time they make wonderful pasta salad from scratch, but they need some dishes that are tasty and quick. They use olive oil. They like to add some carrots for crunch, some ham, and some cubes of cheese. The stir-ins suggested on the box sound great: pepperoni slices, mozarella cheese cubes, sliced and drained ripe olives, halved zucchini slices, chopped roma tomatoes, and sunflower seeds. A neat recipe on the box suggests adding frozen and cooked broccoli, carrots,and cauliflower along with some sliced ripe olives. The possiblities are numerous.

Love this It is so easy ...Sometimes I throw some cubed chicken in this and make a meal out of it great for a side dish.

Quick and easy:
Awesome base product! You can cook it up and serve it just as directed or add anything that you can imagine. I like to add some chopped tomato/garlic/onion blend and some drained chuck chicken - yum!!!!

Easy, cheap, and fresh:
My son is addicted to this pasta. I use olive oil and put a can of sliced olives in. Amazon delivers fresh dated product at a great price.

An easy addition to dinner:
This salad is so good, we eat it at least once a week. And -- I am in no way working for anyone associated with this product. I am a real mom with 4 growing sons. After heading to the local Wal-mart to get food supplies, I came home with my receipt in hand and compared the prices to Amazon's. These boxes came out to be 2 cents less then at Wal-mart, and they are delivered to my house free of charge. Can't beat that!
