For a Star Wars family:
This collection gives you Luke, Vder, Obe-Wan, Yodha and even R2D2. I haven't seen a collection with so many of the main characters in a while. Though they all appear a bit muddy(by virtue of being on Planet Dagobah), its still a good buy, if your kid knows the main characters and wants to enact sequences with them. Luke's magnetic hand is a good idea. The light sabers and the figurines are made of soft bendable rubber/plastic which makes them soft to hold. All in all - your satisfaction depends on how much you love the Star wars series. My son and I enjoy it alot.

Cool but a little flimsy:
This is a great toy with the exception of the light sabers (may be misspelled) - they were broken off within the hour. But the figurines are a nice size and pretty well made.
