Good, but a little strong:
I've had other varieties of Coco Pazzo soup in the past and enjoyed them, so I was anxious to try the White Bean with Escarole. The soup looks very appealing, and I love that it is made from simple ingredients so it's more like home made. The flavor of this variety was a little strong for me. It was a little soapy, which was probably from the rosemary. I'll finish the rest, but I won't buy it again.
Family Staple:
This soup is a family staple. It is wholesome, healthy, convenient, and delicious. My husband, three teenage sons, and I love this soup. When we want to eat something for an easy meal we eat this soup with some Italian bread and Parmesan Reggiano. It is wonderful. There are no additives, just good simple ingredients. Of all the Coco Pazzo soups this is our favorite. One can is a nice size bowl for one person.

We read an article where David Rosenberg raved about this soup, we did not like it, it had an "off" taste and after trying one can, I got rid of this rest of the cans.
