A cereal for a sophisticated taste:
I have tried all the FAMILIA cereals- I think there are 6- muesli and granolas - by trial and error this one - Familia Low-Fat- is for me perfect because I don't like the granolas that are sweetened with honey- The Original Style Familias are really mostly just oatmeal and a few raisons - not a great value. This one has lots of fruits and nuts without being too sweet. Drei

Yours is the superior Muesli:
Like another reviewer, I've sampled a number of the other Familia mueslis, and other granolas and mueslis at stores. This is the superior muesli. (I'm eating some now to make sure I get this right...) I wouldn't think of myself as a muesli commentator, but this stuff is surprisingly good so I had to chime in. It has a good selection of dried fruit and nuts, plus a bit of dried rice and corn flakes for texture. I wasn't particularly looking for low-fat but that's a bonus. Very tasty to eat! I eat it with breakfast, and often as dessert after dinner. Enjoy...

Familia Low Fat Museli:
Have been eating this breakfast cereal for several years and think it's excellent. It's not particularly sweet and has great crunch that holds up to the milk down to the last mouthful and it doesn't feel twiggy. I also think it's good value per ounce compared to the usual grocery aisle cereals which are horribly overpriced.

A wholesome meal in itself - Great start for the day!:
I eat this practically every morning as follows: 1/2 cup (low-fat or no-sugar) muesli 1/4 cup (skim) milk 2 oz. (Dannon Activia low-sugar) yogurt 2 T. orange juice 3 drops lemon juice Mix together, let stand for 10 mins., then top with your favorite fruit and enjoy! It's the best. I don't think I can say more. You just have to try it. And I've been feeling great since I started eating this every day...even when the rest of my 6-member household is sick, so there must be something to it!
