Features:- S805 BT DJ Bluetooth Headphone
Headphones Rock: Not knowing what to expect, I anticipated seeing how these headphones sounded. The sound quality is pretty decent, but better yet the volume great and has somewhat of noise canceling capability. I primarily use these for a five hour mow job, and both my phone and the headphones batteries' last the duration. Would definitely recommend for the reasonable price.
Not a reveiw for the product but the shipper DB Roth that is selling them here on Amazon: I recently purchased this item from amazon through the retailer DB Roth. If it's your intention to do the same, I would like to let you know that they are shipping out an older 1.2 version of these headphones which you can buy much cheaper. I just sent mine back for a repacement with the 2.0 version and was told that they don't have any of the 2.0 version in stock and that they would have to give me a refund. Which would be fine but they are still trying to sell the 2.0 version on amazons site. Check and make sure it says 2.0 on the box if you purchased or are planning on purchasing this item from them. Good performance on compatible equipment: After initial disappointment while testing it on my Macbook, I tried it on a Windows Vista PC. The difference was remarkable. On the Macbook, running Leopard 10.5.5, the sound was muffled, with poor high-frequency response. There were frequent dropouts as well, although I've not seen the kernel panic (bad news in the OS) some users have reported. On the Vista machine, I was impressed with the fidelity. The required Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) implementation on Apple's products seems not to be mature yet, for some reason. It's still missing from the iPhone, at this point. Bottom line: the quality of your experience with this headset largely depends on the hardware and operating system with which you will use it. On Vista, XP with third party software, and most newer mobile phones, you'll probably have a good experience. Should work on Linux as well. On a Mac, you may not like it.
Headphone: These a very good headphones. I use them with my laptop and my ipod and the sound is good, not great, but good enough.
A Diamond in The Rough: I have to say that I was a bit skeptical about buying a BT headset. Every one I looked at was either too expensive or looked too cheap. The Motorola S805 performs at the highest quality for BT headphones. The sound quality is not on par with high end headphones but is on par with most mid ranged wired headphones. The bass is not too faint and the treble is not over powering, it seems to have the right amount of each. The wonderful thing is that it synced right up with my BT dongle for my computer and I now can watch movies and listen to music without being wired to the stupid laptop. I have to say that these are some of the best headphones that I have owned. One Week Later: I have to tell you that I love these headphones. The sound is richer than I first thought. I have owned Bose headphones and I have to tell you these are comperable and the battery has lasted me over 12 hours of play time and still going strong, at a moderate to high level of volume. These head phone are well worth the money!!
