great product, but horrible shipment:
The first time I ordered this product, I was thrilled. It was so easy to just order it instead of going to the store. The product smells great, and works great. However, the shipment is another story. My first shipment was no problem all, but the 2nd and 3rd shipments were a nightmare. I never even received the 2nd shipment because it must have busted at the sort facility and they returned it to Amazon. I placed an order for a 3rd time, and it arrived today, but the box was SOAKED. Several bottles were bashed and the softener had ran out of the tops (the lids are not very secure). I didn't return it, but cleaned the bottles off and counted my losses. I was disappointed. This product does not ship well.
Snuggley Soft:
This is my favorite snuggle product. I was upset that they stopped selling it in all the local stores in my area. But when I learned I could get it by the case on Amazon.com I was ecstatic! It leaves my clothing smelling fresh as can be and softer than ever.
Snuggle Fabic Softener:
I love the scent of this product. Ordering on-line saves money and time - no more schlepping bottles home from the grocery store.
