This is MY first waffle iron. I love the fact that it has two different sides, the rose bouquet is beautiful! The chime feature also adds to this appliance. I can walk away and not have to worry about burning breakfast. The recipes that are included are wonderful too. I highly recommend this waffler.

Oh, I've had my eye on this beauty for about 2 1/2 years - I'd seen it advertised in various catalogs and on amazon along with other internet sites. I picked it up for $24.99 at a local store - Lucky me! I'm now eating the waffle I've just prepared. Turned out completely gorgeous! It was easy to not fill it so there was spillage over the sides. The beeps were so helpful. Instead of hovering over the appliance waiting, wondering if it was hot enough for the batter, It beeped loud enough to get my attention (but not so deafening to be annoying.) This was even more helpful later in the process so I didn't lift the lid too early to destroy my creation! I used a small silicon spatula to tuck under the waffle to "pry" it out. Word to the wise: I had set the waffler right between 3 and 4 (as suggested for starters,) but the side with the rose pattern definitely looks/tastes a little more done. Happy Shopping!
