Works fine:
The pad works fine. One picky little thing.. The controls are too easily activated. You could accidentally turn it on by putting something on the top of the control.. or hitting it.. or having your cat walk on it. We bought ours from Macy's through Amazon.. while comparison shopping, keep in mind that Macy's will zing you for a pretty hefty shipping/handling charge and will probably have to charge you sales tax. Just factor that in when comparing prices.

Great pad!:
This mattress pad works very well. It has two remotes - one for each side and an auto off feature in case you forget it's on. The pad heats very evenly. I use it as a giant heating pad for my leg muscles and it works great!

Liked it.:
We like this mattress pad but when we ordered it we did not realize it is a Sunbeam Product. In the past we have used multiple Sunbeam electric pads and all failed to last more than a year. As a result we have had to return three or four of them after a year for a refund and bought another. We do hope to have better luck this time.

I ended up finding one at Tuesday Morning, I think, that was less expensive and had the same features. So far so good. In general I recommend heated mattress pads - they produce gentle steady heat from below, which makes an awful lot of sense. They make getting into bed on a cold winter night a lot more pleasant, especially if you remember to turn them on 10 or so minutes before you climb in!
