Not recommended:
These are solid cookie cutters made of plastic; that means that you cannot use your fingers to remove the cut dough. We bake a great deal but these were extremely difficult to use and a great disappointment.

A little tricky to use, but a great set of cookie cutters:
If you like the looks of the cookies in the picture (and I do) you'll love these cutters. Three things will make them easy to work with: 1. If you're having the same problem that the first reviewer did, lightly dip the cutters in flour before each cut. (Particularly with the little pieces.) 2. Chill the dough for 30 minutes before rolling and cutting, or it will spread as the cookies bake and you'll have to cut away at the notches to make the cookies fit together. 3. If you want very thin cookies (maybe not a good idea for stability) you may need to roll the dough on the cookie sheet.
