Excellent !:
I love this Coconut Milk powder. I would rate it 5 stars, except that I need to really blend it to make a milk without clumps. I think this is the nature of the product, so I want people to be aware of that. This product is excellent as a coffee creamer and in cooked cereal as milk and a light sweetener. You do have to make it up with warm water and then pour it in for both to dissolve it. I highly recommend this.
Good product:
I used this product in a cake. It enhanced the coconut flavor and gave a great texture to the cake. I intend to use this product in other desserts.
