Our best choice for a "healthy" peanut butter:
Knowing a bit about nutrition I shiver at the thought of buying any of the mainstream shelf-stable peanut butters loaded with very unhealthy oils and preservatives. On the flip side, my family and I really did not enjoy the natural and healthy fresh ground peanut butters that need refrigeration and stirring before each use. This Smart Balance peanut butter is a great compromise as it contains more healthful ingredients and does NOT require refrigeration nor stirring before use. We are hooked for life on this one. Highly recommended. Never once have I ever tasted a hint of fish as mentioned in another review. No one in my picky family has either. I would strongly disagree with that claim. I am currently pregnant and super sensitive to flavors but still I have never detected anything fishy.
My favorite peanut butter!:
I LOVE Smart Balance's Peanut Butter. It has the most flavor out of all the peanut butters I've ever tried. I've read other reviews that say it's too fishy, but the Omega 3's are actually from flax oil.. go figure. With that said, I do taste extra saltiness in this peanut butter, but that makes it taste even more flavorful. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I really wanted to like this. After years of eating skippy I was looking for a healthy alternative, this isn't it. I've never imagined that the taste of peanut butter and fish would be so close but, this is the best way i can describe the taste. I threw my bottle away after trying it.
