Disintegrated After 2 Weeks: I bought this type of mop 2 weeks ago, but the sponge part split after 1 week's worth of very light use and after 2 weeks it has fallen apart completely. I will buy one more refill in case I just got a bad one the first time, but if the next one falls apart I'm switching mop brands.
Short Life; Tall Price: I paid alot for this mop at a fancy hardware store thinking that I could always replace the mop head if it needed it, in a year or two. The entire sponge split apart after only a couple of light swipes at the floor. So then I tried to remove the degraded sponge and replace it and nearly crushed my fingers and hand doing it. Worthless!
Mop heads fall apart after a few uses: These mops are absolutely worthless--they fall apart after a few weeks of use. I even called their customer service department to complain and the rather unsympathetic woman on the phone basically blamed me because I used Pinesol as a cleaning agent--she said that breaks down the mop. Waht kind of mop falls apart from using a common household cleaner??!!! Their mop handles are sturdy, but at the price of the refills and only getting a few uses out of them, they're worthless!
Piece of Sh**!: I'm on my 3rd head for this mop and every one of them have fallen apart after 3 uses! And with no cleaner! This mop is an absolute piece of sh**!
Gets the job done!: I like it. I've found this mop to be very durable. The handle is very light. Changing the head isn't so bad. The manufacturer even has a demonstration video on their web site. The wringing action works very well and makes mopping less messy and less of a chore. I removed the scrub brush, so can't comment on it (other than that I like the fact that is was easily removed).
