I haven't tried this product specifically, but I did try their Soaps (which are very, very moisturizing) and the Baby Bum Bar not specific for diaper rash, and I have been so impressed by the quality that I am posting my review from that product here... We have a toddler with sensitive skin, and every time he has diahrea his bum breaks out into open soars almost instantly. We have tried everything from Desitin to more expensive products like Angel Baby to prevent the rash, alleviate the pain and heal the soars. About 2 months ago by chance we came across this product at a farmers market in Seattle. Recently, our little guy had diahrea for a week, and for the first time ever we got through it w/out any redness. There was no rash or open soars. My husband and I can't believe it!
