My dog is a Shetland Sheepdog: she has had the Berber Babies lamb for over 4 years. It's probably her favorite toy. She does pick at the fleece a bit, and it will come out of the fabric eventually, so there are some bald spots. But for a toy that gets played with almost every day, gets used as a pillow, and generally gets loved on, it's in great shape. It still squeaks, it has never needed to be repaired, and it still has its eyes and nose. By contrast, many of her other toys that are about as old (and that she mostly doesn't use as much) have needed sewing, if she still uses them at all. Newer toys have been taken away from her because they were falling apart. I'm very impressed with the quality of this toy. So: if your dog is a mild to moderate chewer who likes "comfort toys" (something they can use as a pillow, gnaw on, or get you to play catch with), I totally recommend this Berber Babies green lamb. We'll be buying at least one more for backup, now that we've found them again.
