Hard To Fill:
I have a new one of these. It's about 2 months old. I have to fill it every day which is fine. But if you look at the top of the tank, which doubles as a handle, you can't set it down. Ever. Unless you want it to crush itself or roll away. The top is at an angle. Like the air scoop on a Porche. But it's not a Porche. It's a humidifier. So while you hold it up when your filling it, you have to countinue to do so while you struggle with the added weight of the water as you screw on the lid. Because there is a fragile srping loaded siphon mechanism on the other end, you can't set it anyplace other than the docking area on the base. Stuff like this drives me crazy. I can just picture whoever designed it being stupid. And well I'm right there with he or she cause I bought it! Don't make the same mistake I did. I'm sure I'll drop the thing and have to buy another one anyway. It won't be an Essick Air next time. They don't deserve the business. It works well other than this crappy fill issue I have to admit.
