I am not a diabetic, I use the diabetic cream ONLY when I am peeling my skin on my face. The cream has oxygen in it so it actually goes thru your pores and quickens the peeling process. All other creams just sit on the surface of your skin. I am 43 years old and I am preventing wrinkles by always peeling my face (one night each week). Men don't get wrinkles because they always shave, they are exfoliating. Great and very reasonably priced product!
