SUPER TWIST COAT RACK:
This coat rack arrived on time and when I took it out of the box it was terrific. All the pieces had the screws pre-done so all I had to do was put the pieces together by matching the parts and just screwing them in. No tools required. That is what I loved about this product..NO TOOLS REQUIRED. Also, the piece is a fantastic oak wood color and solid. It matches my wood floor perfect.
