I definitely got what I paid for:
I got this because I had previously tried an actual memory foam matress at a friend's house and had the best sleep I'd had in years. I had been wanting one ever since but haven't had the money. I saw this deal and decided that it was a great buy and was really excited. I was immediately unimpressed with the box when I opened it and it was very unprofessionally packaged. I also noticed that the cell structure was much more open than Sealy's, causing the foam to have a much larger give and be softer but not actually hold the memory. For the first three or four nights I woke up with excruciating back pain in the middle of the night due to the now relatively soft "mattress" that I began sleeping on (I have back pain and firm matresses tend to help). Although my back has gotten used to it in the month that I've been sleeping on it, it still has too much give and not enough memory, leaving me uncomfortable in several positions that I normally sleep in. I don't want to take it off at this point for fear that my back pain will come back readjusting to the plain mattress, and I do not have the money to buy a new legitimate memory foam topper of mattress. I should have listened to my gut when I thought that this offer may be too good to be true.

exactly as presented:
i was a little skeptical of this one. i thought the ad was worded poorly- and the price seemed really low, compared to other memory foam products. i bought a cheap, firm mattress, this topper, and a "mattress protector" (basically a big zippered cotton envelope to keep the foam from shifting.) it is SOOOOO comfortable. if you want that floating in space feeling, this is too thin. once you sink in for a second, you do hit the mattress below, but it's just right for my taste. the pillows are OK... they are just filled with shredded foam, i'm sure leftover material from the factory's process. one was smaller than the other, and neither is very large, but they are comfy. i gave it 5 stars because it was exactly what they said it was, incredibly cheap compared to anything i've found, and it fit my specific taste. it might not be your cup of tea :) i would like the pillows to be a bit bigger (they really don't fill a standard pillowcase) and it would have been nice if the foam were covered, but with the cotton protector on it, then regular sheets, it's just fine.

Highly Recommend:
The topper is very soft and comfortable. The pillows are quite large. They are a bit too firm for me. They are more comfortable than they look, though They appear very lumpy, because they're filled with chunks of foam, but you can't tell when you're laying on them.
