Very nice quality:
Great quality bedskirt. The fabric is soft and wonderfully stitched. Has an nice elegant two row color boarder on the bottom to help coordinate to sheets, etc. Looks expensive.

Fit perfectly:
This item fit my bed perfectly. Hides the items that are hidden under the bed and seems to be very good at repelling kat hair. What more could you ask for. Has held up very well considering the level of kitten attacks.

DISAPPOINTING:
Brought the whole Sateen sheet set while also ordering the other 400 thread count bed sheet sets from the other website. This whole set are disappointed. They are not only rough, but also oversize. How dare this claim to be a 400 thread count products. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Classy looking bedskirt!:
Purchased this bedskirt for one of my daughters. She has a new Kingsdown mattress set which rests high off the floor and mentioned that a bedskirt would be add a nice touch to the bed but did not want a "frilly,pleated or lacy" look and this one is perfect! It looks neat and classy and completes the decor in her room. She has an under-bed storage bin for seasonal blankets etc. and the bedskirt "hides" it well. The quality far exceeded expectations for the price of the item; recommended highly.
