In a class by itself -- just don't lose the charger/base:
My husband bought this for me for Christmas and I love it. the sound quality is in a class by itself. The comfort and ability to size it to any ears is what makes this headset truly outstanding. Most of them you have to really force a "one size fits all" fit your head and they did not feel secure at all. The people that I am talking to aren't constantly asking "what???" and I'm able to hear people clearly even when I'm outside. I love the way the charger base doubles as a case because I can throw the whole thing in my purse and not worry about it getting lost or crushed. This is a BIG advantage in my mind. My only "ding" is that the charger is unlike any other -- the jack is particularly small -- so if you lose that, you are stuck. I have searched high and low for a replacement (I usually like to have at least 2 so I can charge at work and at home) but it seems like the only way I'm going to be able to have a "spare charger", then I'm going to have to buy an additional headset. If anyone knows a source for a replacement charger, please let me know! Other than that -- if you are more organized than I am and not in the habit of losing little things like chargers -- I would highly recommend this headset.

A bit spendy, but great!:
I actually bought this as a gift for a friend so my information is second-hand...that said, she loves it! Great sound quality. The carry case it a bit awkward though (then again, we don't mind throwing around a $60 piece...$250 on the other hand should deserve a bit more care...)

too much money for too little substance:
I brought this headset to go with my new iphone 3g. It looks beautiful, sounds great, but it has several flaws that made me send it back. First, it's huge! It covers your whole ear. The earpiece is big and hard and the cheap sponge ear piece cover does nothing to alleviate the problem. The microphone boom activates the earset. That's a good thing, right? No. The boom is counterintuitive. Instead of swinging outward, you have to lift the earpiece off of your ear to swing the boom outward from the other direction. It makes no sense at all. If I were paying $150 for this bluetooth set, I might forgive these flaws. But for $350, no way. I sent it right back. Form does not follow function for the money spent.

The best BT headset on the planet!:
I do own 5 different kind of expensive heasets (1 Apple, 3 x Plantronics, and 1 Jabra) that I NEVER USE, because my customers frequently complain about the sound quality during my phonecalls, so I went back to using a wired heaset from GN Netcom... UNTIL I tried this miracle of a headset. At this moment I would say the only BT heaset worth buying! I can not recommend any other BT headsets on this planet if you wanna come near the sound quality of a wired headset. Very functional - and beautiful design. And by the way - people who complain about the problem with the "mic-arm switching on & off" have never ever had this headset in their hands... Just the fact that by simly looking at the unit you can instantly tell if it's ON or OFF (and connected to your phone) is not possibel today on any BT headset in the world. Peolpewho think it's a problem mistake this function to the "accept an end calls function that actually is handled by the little multifunction switch on the headset. This means: you will possibly (as I do) use the arm to switch the headset completely OFF when you are charging it! Thank you B & O! Quality from A-Z as always! And one pray to B & O: please develop a car charger base to this headset, that can be plugged directly to the cigarette socket like this one:from Plantronics (....) and free us from the annoying cablejungle in our cars.

Not worth it:
The only good thing you can say about this this is that it looks good. No comfort, and sound quality doesn't come close to justifying the price.
