Awkward to use, hard to read.:
This is a poor thermometer. The device is an attractive round body with a mode selection wheel around the perimeter. It is much to clever to be useful. The modes are difficult to set. There is no intuitive way to set any of the temperature settings or time settings. If you ever used one of those Chinese stopwatches or wristwatches that require you to press one or two buttons in sequence and divine the setting by looking at flashing symbols with no obvious purpose you can understand what it is like to use this device. My wife is very irritated when she tried to use this in the past. The probe went dead after just a few uses. That was the best thing about it. Now we don't feel bad about throwing it away. You'll regret buying this if you do. Find another thermometer.
