The BEST:
Roxio Media Suite is by far the very best audio and video program out there. I have been using it for about a month now and am amazed at how easy a projest is to do. I like it because its an all in one program for my audio and video needs and is extremly easy to learn how to use. It produces professionally prepared video projects in a snap. I would highly recomend this product, but get the complete Suite version because it contains everything you will need to produce audio and video projects.

Roxio writes horrible software, do not buy anything from them:
Roxio write the worst software of any major producer today. Not only is it filled with bugs but it inserts itself into your operating system like a virus and is very difficult to extract once the virus is inserted. I've been stuck with it a couple of times because it came pre-loaded on Dell PCs. The faster these guys go out of business the better the world of computers will be.

Even trying to contact customer causes error messages.:
I have used several versions of this program over the past 5 years...don't ask me why. The lastest version is even more glitchy...if that's possible. My latest problem was trying to load the media manager..it won't load. I always receive an error message saying that the progrom won't load because it has stopped. How can it be stopped...it won't even start ! You can only get help via e-mail unless you want to pay and pay. The problem is...even the CUSTOMER SERVICE program is full of bugs...Everytime I try to create a service ticket...and then hit send..I receive an error message. What a mess. Don't buy this program unless you have a lot of time on your hands...and enjoy being fustrated.

Don't Waste Your Time:
I bought a new Vista computer a little over a year ago. It came with a "Easy" Media Creator 9 teaser. I bought the upgrade to Creator 10 "because it was Vista-compatible". Yeah, sure. After finding it to be trash, I set it aside for a year. Then I went back to get a software update. Would you believe a 1,500 MB download? The updated version does not do what I want it to do. I open the Video Converter and it takes quite a while to open. But if you wait it out you can click on Add Movies and a malformed screen opens with some text partially obscured. The hourglass cursor comes up and nothing happens again. No error message, just a sickening view of crapware. I'll be uninstalling this garbage and replacing it with several small programs from companies that have software support in case I have problems. I'm tired of small companies becoming large companies that lose track of what the customer wants. Selling a product may make the quarterly results look better but some of us remember what an awful experience it was with a particular brand and will never buy it again. If you think I'm just a sourpuss, check my other reviews.

An Absolute Nightmare.:
Worked great when I first installed it. Then tried to use iTunes, and the registry settings changed so iTunes won't record to a CD - so far have not been able to fix it. Even WORSE my PC won't play disks anymore. Have tried 4 or 5 suggested fixes, and no luck. I wish I'd done a search for problems with Roxio before buying--there are many sites noting the same problems, and for many versions going way back. You'd think they'd have gotten it right by now. At least search before you buy (search "uninstall Roxio"), you'll see it's impossible, even with Microsoft's uninstaller.
