Not as advertised/poor customer service:
This product advertises it is 20x25x5 but is nowhere near that size. But when we contacted the company to discuss returns, they always promised to return our calls but didn't do so in a timely fashion. AND we had to pay to send it back although it was their mistake in the first place.
