The Whelan Name in History

Review of a Rip-Off!:
This book is not at all what was advertised. It has little information relevant to the family name it claims to represent. It is simply a generic book with lots of very uninteresting facts and figures relating to immigration to the US. Its references to the Whelan family name were brief and almost accidental! Not worth the postage you pay, let alone the very hefty price of the book. I would not recommend this book to anyone hoping to get personal insights into their family background!
