VTech IS6610 Is Amazing, Worth Every Penny...:
Ok, when I first got this everything pretty much was straight forward. Install the software, plug in the stuff, and a few other simple things. One thing I wish I would've known was my computer can't be signed on to messenger if I want to use it on the phone. One thing I really liked about the phone was the keypad, it was very simple and the buttons were comfortable, but still something to get used to. One other great thing is the talk option of when you're on AIM. Other than the part where the computer has to be signed off in order for it to work on the phone, this is all in all a great product.

Not Vista 64 Compatible:
The software included to make the instant messaging functionality work does not work on Vista 64. I called Vtech to see if they had a fix, they told me that they were aware of the issue and they would be releasing a new driver. That was several months ago and no update. The phone part works fine, except you cannot turn off the handset.
