It's well made and works fine as a little air-pump, but should be $40 intead of the ridiculous price they charge, PLUS it can be replaced for free by holding your nose and pressurizing your ears yourself! Same thing in the long run, just free.

I would like to respond to some of the objections posted by the previous reviewer. 1) The EarPopper is manufactured completely in the USA. The EarPopper is a prescription device and must meet the regulatory requirements put on medical device companies by the FDA. These two items are related to the current cost of the device.2) Not everyone is able to perform the Valsva maneuver (holding your nose and "blowing") effectively.
