A poor product:
This product was a great disappointment. As received, the outer box from Amazon was fine. However, the factory package inside was crushed and bent. The product had large yellow stains all over the lid and seat cushion. These would not wash off, and I finally got them off by soaking with Clorox. The seat cushioning is rather poor compared to other padded seats I have had. It crushes down and wrinkles and does not come back to its proper shape easily. I should have sent the whole think back for refund, but needed it badly for my wife who was very ill and under the care of Hospice. I should have just gone out to Target or Walmart and picked one up. I would not recommend this item, given my poor experience with it.
