Straight Performer:
In an age of coated, darkened and fancy pants, cake pans, it's nice to get something that bakes evenly and doesn't have a coating that flakes off. I am impressed at how evenly cakes bake without developing a heavy crust. The pans must be hand washed to maintain a non reactive surface, but it's small price to pay. They were shipped to me, overnight and helped to finish a baking project I was in the middle of. Reasonable price for great performing pans that will last a lifetime and still look like new.

Ok:
Not the highest quality but not the lowest either, fine for the purpose and the price. It's about the equivalent of what I could have gotten from my restaurant supply store.

Excellent!!!:
They are great pans, no problems at all. Great price for a virtual lifetime of use.

Fine Pan:
The pan is fine, but I put it in the dishwasher and it came out quite discolored. That hasn't effected the performance, but it doesn't look as nice.

Excellent quality!:
These pans are suprisingly good quality. I also love that they come in different depths.
