Clears you up!:
This stuff really knocks out those allergy symptoms. When you have a runny nose, phlegm in your throat, that awful, stuffy, cold-like feeling, Benadryl gets the job done. Bear in mind that because it dries everything up, you will feel quite thirsty, so drink plenty of fluids. Also, it tends to make me REALLY Drowsy. This doesn't happen to everyone, but just in case, if you have never taken Benadryl, either take it on your day off and when you don't plan on driving, or try taking it at night well before you plan to wake up (at least 9 or so hours) to avoid feeling groggy the next day. If it does make you sleepy, then its twofold purpose of clearing up your allergies and helping you get some quality sleep will make this the perfect thing for those nasty allergy days.
