good if you like persimmons.:
silly title i know, since they are "just persimmons" but i wouldn't try persimmons for the first time here if you've not had them, since they are a bit concentrated in flavor and a bit scratchy in the mouth (peels on). These are not melt-in-the mouth like just tomatoes strawberries, or crunchy delish like just tomatoes blueberries. they are just like home dehydrator dried fruit, in that they are rubbery and chewy- very tasty, nonetheless, and worth the very high price if you don't feel like dehydrating yourself and don't have a persimmon tree. still, i think i'll not buy these again, since i just don't love them in the way i love the just tomatoes strawberries, which cannot typically be made at home since they are freeze-dried.

Nice not-too-sweet treat:
I bought a variety of Just Tomatoes fruits for a family member who is on a sugar-restricted diet. I thought they would like the peaches the best (they're yummy), but it was actually the persimmons that turned out to be their favorite. They thought they were plenty sweet and flavorful, but I can see how someone used to very sweet foods might find them unexciting. It all depends on what your tastebuds are used to. If you tend to eat more naturally without a lot of sweetening and additives to rev up flavors, you will probably enjoy the subtle, lightly sweet flavor of this fruit. Note that the persimmons are dehydrated instead of freeze-dried like most of the other Just Tomato products so they are chewey instead of crunchy.

chewy and delicious:
These are a great take along snack. They are chewy and satisfying, sweet but not extremely sweet, and with a unique flavor. They are quite different from most of the other "Just Tomatoes" fruits, as they are not at all crunchy.

A Little Disappointed:
I had it in the Fruit Snacks, very sweet. So I ordered it by itself, not as sweet, not as good.
