Yummy Pancakes!:
These pancakes are the tastiest I've ever had. By far the best mix available. They are the weekend regular that the whole family loves. Try them with strawberry sauce and whipped cream. Yum!
Fair..., "milky" taste:
This is OK, but if you use buttermilk like everyone recommends, the already "milky" taste to it is even more accentuated. I didn't like that too much. Plus, unless you plan on making pancakes everyday, your quart of buttermilk is going to go bad after one use. So I changed and used my regular organic lactose 2% milk, which actually made it taste better to me. It's VERY processed and refined, so..um...not too healthy. I'm trying to think of a way to add a little "punch" to the taste. Not sure if I will buy again.
